Reservations may be rebooked within 30 days from the original reservation date one (1) time only and in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below.

We are not liable for any scam incidents that may happen outside our official channels.

Cancellations for on the day of reservation, all payments made will be automatically forfeited and no rebooking.
Cancellations for two (2) days or more before the reservation date, rebooking may be allowed one (1) time only and subject to availability and approval of the management.
If not, the management will incur thirty (30%) percent deduction on the fifty (50%) down payment.
In case of proved deaths or accidents, typhoons and natural disasters, etc. a refund may be granted at the management’s discretion with an incur (%) percentage deduction on the fifty (50%) down payment. Reservation is non-transferrable.
Cash incidental deposit of Php2,000 is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
“Pay at the Resort” reservation must be fully settled upon check-in, in the amount indicated in the booking confirmation or the statement balance.
Lost keys shall be charge Php1,500 for each metal keys. Swimming pool Are open from 8:00am – 10:00pm during weekdays, 8:00am – 11:00pm during weekends and holidays.
Children younger that 10years old should be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or a guardian anywhere in the resort.
If you discover that you have lost something of value behind, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or drop a message in our FB Page immediately for us to assist you locating your lost item/s.
Smoking in the room will be charge Php5,000 for cleaning fee. We have designated smoking areas around the resort.
No Loud disturbances, noises, nuisances are allowed from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Damage to rooms, mattresses, beddings, towels, appliances and furniture will result for a charge and special repairs, cleaning or replacement of damaged item at 120% of the cost of the damaged item.
Cooking is not allowed in the resort’s rooms and villas or at beach. While cooking is allowed at the designated area such as our Grilling and Cooking Stations only.
Everybody is encouraged to conserve water and energy!
